Cleaning Insanity:
So Saturday was pretty much just insanity all day long. Trying to clean the house and get it ready for Today (Sunday). I busted my butt trying to help as much as I could I even helped steam-clean the couches!!
Dad did BBQ for dinner which was just great :)
Final Prep:
I was up at 830 to make pancakes for Me & Mimi lmao. Then it was another mad dash to try to do all the last little things like cut up fruit salad, set out the veggies, pick up the cake, get dressed..
Finally finished at 1245 and the show was slated to begin at 1!
Baby Shower:
Despite the fact that out of all the friends I invited only 4 or 5 RSVPed yes or maybe, and 2 didn't show up (1 didn't even bother to try to let me know!) I had a good time. 1 friend (Sasha) who hadn't thought she could make it ended up coming and it was so nice to see her! Aside from her, it was Vicky & Megan and I had a blast hanging with them :) There were also a few family friends and a whole lot of family :) The food and cake were absolutely delicious, I got so many wonderful gifts I'm still in shock. Especially the gift from Vicky & Megan (a freaking over-the-top video camera!) not only that but she RECORDED THE SHOWER FOR ME ON IT!! There's still a good amount of things I need but I am SO grateful for all the things that people gave to us.
I'm so happy & proud that Joshua is so loved already and he isn't even here yet!
The Cherry On Top:
Firstly I found out one of my "cousins" (2nd cousin I think? Leslie? on the Kramarow side?) is expecting too, due in October! So Joshua will have a little cousin his age granted Leslie live in CT but no biggie that's really not very far and her mom still lives in NY (Long Island actually!)
Secondly Erik came around 3, the shower was supposed to be over.. but it ran late! He kind of hid outside, and ended up napping in the truck but that's okay. He STILL CAME ^_^. He's not big on crowds and being the ONLY male around made him kind of nervous lol which I can understand!!! Once people started leaving he came in and hung out with Me, Mom, Mel, Steph & Mimi and it was so nice just to get to spend some time with him!!!!!!

I'd love to post up a hundred photos of the shower... but I never really got to taking many pictures. Vicky recorded the shower for me, but IDK how to do the video thing yet! So here's the few pictures I DID take :)
