Friday, May 14th; We are 36 Weeks & 3 Days Pregnant ~ Only 25 Days to Go!!!!

Classes:
Thursday night was the 2nd of 3 childbirth classes that Mom & I had to go to at LIJ. It was pretty informative, she spent 80% of the class time explaining all about labor and LIJ's policies etc. It was supposed to end at 10, but she decided to hold us late because she really wanted to teach us some "relaxation techniques". Which essentially resulted in a yoga mat on the floor and me on the yoga mat w/ a really crappy not-so-fluffy pillow listening to crappy "music" and the instructor talking about finding our "safe-happy place". She almost had me in tears a) I was in SO much pain from lying on the hard floor and b) ERIK is my safe-happy place.. I miss him so godamned much :(

Sleep? What Sleep:
Apparently sleep was not in the stars for me last night. After hours of tossing + turning I finally managed to get about 3 hours grand total of sleep. By 430am I just could not sleep anymore. I ended up spending the day feeling exhausted, napping a little here & there to give me a grand total of maybe 4 1/2 hrs of sleep & pretty much feeling horribly sick 3/4 of the day.

One Big "happy" Family:
Stephanie got home from college (Buffalo State) today (dad went and picked her and all her crap up). She only got here this afternoon and already I want to kill her x_x!!!!!! She's whining over EVERYTHING and complaining she is sooooooo tired..... She actually had the nerve to try to argue with me, that college is more exhausting then being pregnant (especially 9mo pregnant!)
Between her and Mimi I want to SCREAM. She did go to the supermarket with me though to pick up a few things for Sunday.. but that was before she started acting like a brat x_x and before my back decided it was going to hurt to the level of making me want to cry again.

On The Plus Side:
I got to see Erik today for a little bit ^_^ which of course made my day. I got two more packages (one from family friend Cathy from the pool club & one from my grandmother's cousin Joanie in CA). Erik brought over a package of formula that showed up at the house lmao not sure what a breast-feeding mother needs that for but OK. He also brought over the scrapbook I put together for him with all his old pictures, I loved looking through them again & mom got a kick out of how BLOND he was as a little kid!

Also only 2 days till the shower! Even though most of my friends aren't coming I'm still hoping it'll be a good time! It's on Sunday :)
And the best news of all? Sunday after the shower Erik is going to visit; granted he's coming for the food but I get to spend some time with him ^_^ (before he rushes home to catch Survivor at 8pm anyway..)
